As the popular saying goes "Change Is the Only Constant", we are living in a world that is continuously changing and keeping abreast of it ensures we keep ahead in the game of life. With so much changes happening, sometimes, too quickly – understanding this 4 key elements of change will help you Master the Change Process.

1st Element: Awareness

You cannot change something unless you know it exists. You need to be aware how your mind is "connected". Having a positive attitude will make you become Confidently Fit!

2nd Element: Understanding

By understanding where your "way of thinking" originates, you can recognise that our up-bringing, our surrounding and the circle of people we associate ourselves with directs our "way of thinking". Equipping ourselves with Emotional Intelligence – helps us with the understanding process.

3rd Element: Disassociation

Once you understand that the "way of thinking" isn't you – you can decide if you want to continue in the same way of thinking or let it go. Having a clear goal and an idea, who you want to be, helps you with this process. Programmes like "Binary Goal-Setting" helps you set clear and achievable goals and define your way of thinking. You need to see that you have a choice in the present moment to be different.

4th Element: Reconditioning

Upon going through the 3 Elements – its now time to "rewire" our mind and thought process to accept the change and prepare ourselves for the changed environment. Having the right attitude and positive outlook will assist us to change and excel. If you want to get that promotion, make more money, and have a happier relationship – you have to move away from your present conditioning and recondition yourself.

Wherever you are and whatever you have achieved was brought about by your present way of thinking or what we commonly call – mindset. To bring about changes whether the changes are happening at home, at workplace, in your social circle or with yourself – Change has to start from the inside that is inside you - the Mindset. The change could be to improve your relationship, your financial standings or career path. Whatever the change – apply the 4-key elements and Master the Change Process.

Wishing you all more wealth, better health and happiness always.
